中国昆明努尔丁进出口贸易有限公司，经云南民族文化发展基金会所属回族捐资助学专项基金管理委员会和世界伊斯兰发展银行（IDB）中国合作组织（CPO）昆明工作中心极力推动，由该会和工作中心主要负责人（执行董事）孔令文先生倡导创建。公司股东和从业成员，都是热心穆斯林经济社会进步发展、有志投身资助穆斯林文化教育事业的虔诚人士。
Kunming Nurdin Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. is founded by Mr. Kong Ling-wen, with the vigorous promotion by the Management Committee of the Special Fund of Donation for the Hui-Muslim’s Education of Yunnan Ethnic Culture Development Foundation, and Kunming Work Center of China Partner Organization (CPO) of Word Islamic Development Bank (IDB). As the executive director of our company, Mr. Kong Ling-wen is also the principal of the Committee and the Center as mentioned above. All of the shareholders and practitioners of our company are pious persons, eager to promote Muslim economic and social progress and development, and aspiring to throw themselves into subsidize Muslim cultural and educational business.
公司旨在树立示范，通过不懈努力，创造收益，扶弱助困，捐助支持穆斯林文化教育事业。公司借助穆斯林高等助学多年积累的人脉优势，力图不断整合资源，推动中国云南及昆明地区穆斯林企业与中东阿拉伯世界、东南亚**、国内穆斯林企业和各友好组织联系交往，并开展互利互惠的国际贸易互动，创造经济效益，**帮扶穆斯林文化教育的爱心传递善举。
Our company is aimed at set up a model of donating and supporting Muslim cultural and educational business, by unremitting efforts, creating earnings, assisting the weaker and helping the difficult people. With the advantage in human relation, and by integrating resources continuously, our company is striving to promote the contact and communication between the enterprises founded by Muslim in Kunming area in Yunnan province and other Muslim corporations or friendly organizations in other places, such as the other areas of China, the South East, the Middle East, and the Arab world. In addition, our company is carrying out international trade on the basis of reciprocity and mutual benefit, to create economic benefits, and to give great impetus to the pass love charity of helping Muslim cultural and educational business.
公司及成员经营获益，按伊斯兰教律应缴课税，全部归云南回族助学专项基金管委会。公司**任执行董事承诺，其通过本公司实现的收益，全部捐赠于穆斯林高等教育助学和用于穆斯林相关文化事业。其他成员赞助捐赠尽力而为。
In accordance with the Islamic law, all the operating earnings of our company and our staffs, except the dutiable tax, is belong to the Management Committee of the Special Fund of Donation for the Hui-Muslim’s Education. The first executive operator of our company make a commitment that all of his earnings made by our company will be donated to Muslim’s higher education and relevant cultural undertakings. Other staffs should make their best to sponsor and donate the undertakings.
本公司注册经营范围：货物及技术进出口业务（**限制项目除外）；农副产品；预包装食品兼散装食品、服装鞋帽、工艺美术品、日用百货、五金机电、纸制品；摩托车及配件的销售；室内外装饰装修工程的设计和施工；设计、制作、代理、发布国内各类广告。
